The House Cup

Welcome to the Brighton Hill House Cup

The Brighton Hill House Cup sits at the heart of school life, bringing together students from across all year groups in a vibrant celebration of participation, achievement, and community. Designed to recognise both individual effort and collective success, the House Cup promotes a strong sense of belonging while encouraging every student to contribute to something bigger than themselves.

Each student is a valued member of one of our Houses, working alongside peers to earn points through a wide range of activities. These include academic excellence, attendance and punctuality, behaviour, enrichment opportunities, and inter-house competitions. Whether excelling in the classroom, representing their House in sport, or showing kindness and leadership within the school community, every contribution counts.

The House Cup is not just about winning, it is about building character, resilience, and pride. It encourages students to challenge themselves, support one another, and celebrate success in all its forms. Regular updates throughout the year keep the healthy competition alive, culminating in the awarding of the prestigious House Cup to the winning team.

Through this initiative, Brighton Hill continues to foster a positive and inclusive culture where every student can thrive, feel recognised, and play an active role in shaping our school community.
